A Program for Every Player
Seven Hills Lacrosse programs are open to players from all areas, organized by high school graduation year. We welcome athletes of all skill levels who are looking to develop their game in a competitive and supportive environment.
Join us to showcase your talent and become part of a program committed to player growth and long-term success. Our players have gone on to compete at all levels of college lacrosse.
Tryouts are generally held in early August. We're also always looking for additional players throughout the year — if you're interested, don't wait for tryout season to reach out.

When do tryouts happen?
Tryouts are generally held in early August. Exact dates are announced on this page and our Facebook page — follow us to stay up to date.
Are there spots available right now?
We currently have open slots in the Youth program (Gr. 5–8). We're always looking for additional players to join — reach out and we'll find the right fit.
What skill level do you need to be?
Seven Hills is built for players who are ready to take their game to the next level. We evaluate effort and coachability as much as raw ability — if you're hungry to compete and improve, we want to hear from you.
What equipment does my player need?
Helmet, shoulder pads, arm pads, gloves, lacrosse stick, mouthguard, and cleats. Goalies need goalie-specific gear. Contact us if equipment is a barrier.
Can my player play for their school team too?
Yes. Seven Hills is a club program that runs independently of school teams. Many of our players compete with both.
