High School Program
Elite training, high-level competition, and real college recruiting exposure.
Built for Serious Players
The Seven Hills high school program is designed to help athletes reach their full potential — on and off the field. Through elite coaching, competitive gameplay, and a genuine commitment to player growth, we have helped many athletes elevate their skills and continue their careers at the collegiate level.
Our comprehensive approach covers individual skill development, team success, recruiting guidance, and leadership — ensuring that every player is prepared for the next stage of their journey.
Whether your goal is a NESCAC program, a D2 roster spot, or any level of college lacrosse — our staff knows how to get you there, and they're invested in making it happen.
Four Pillars of Development
Individual Skill Development
We focus on refining each player's technical abilities — stick skills, footwork, shooting mechanics, and defensive positioning. Through high-repetition drills and personalized coaching, players develop the confidence and precision needed to excel at every level.
Team Development
Success in lacrosse is built on teamwork. Our training sessions emphasize offensive and defensive systems, transition play, and situational awareness. By fostering communication and chemistry, we prepare our teams to compete and execute at a high level.
Recruiting Support
For players with collegiate aspirations, we provide comprehensive recruiting guidance. Our staff assists with navigating the process, building highlight reels, and making connections with college coaches. Players compete in high-exposure tournaments where the right eyes are watching.
Leadership & Character
Beyond X's and O's, we emphasize leadership, accountability, and sportsmanship. Players are encouraged to own their development, support their teammates, and lead by example — building habits that carry into every area of life.
