About Seven Hills

Founded in 2012. Built in Central Mass. Now entering our 13th season.

Our History

13 Years of Central Mass Lacrosse

Seven Hills Lacrosse was founded in the summer of 2012 with a single goal — give Central Massachusetts players access to the best instruction and competition in the region.

Based at Shrewsbury High School, we've grown into the premier club program in Central Mass, serving players in grades 5 through 12 with year-round programming and opportunities to compete locally, regionally, and at national recruiting tournaments.

The Name

Seven Hills of Worcester

Our name comes from the seven historic hills of Worcester, MA — the heart of Central Massachusetts and the community we're proud to call home. These hills are the foundation our program is built on.

Our Approach

Made in CMASS, by CMASS

We take a holistic approach to player development. Yes, we work hard on technical skills — but the intangibles matter just as much. Teamwork, discipline, resilience, and sportsmanship are coached just as intentionally as dodging and shooting.

Our staff — made up of former college players, elite high school standouts, and experienced coaches — work with players in both individual and team settings. And because our coaches stay with their groups year after year, players build real relationships that translate into real development.

Position Specialists

Dedicated goalie and faceoff coaches mean every player gets position-specific instruction, not just generalist reps.

Year-Round Programming

Spring, summer, and fall seasons keep players developing continuously — no six-month gaps.

Coach Continuity

Our coaches stay with the same group year to year. Players don't start over each season — they build on what they've learned.

High-Level Competition

We compete in local, regional, and national tournaments, including events that draw college coaches for HS players.

Our Philosophy

More Than X's & O's

Coaching is about more than game strategy. Our goal is to help players reach their full potential as athletes, leaders, and young men of character.

Seven Hills is a community, a brotherhood, and a launchpad — for lacrosse and for life. The athletes who come through this program carry what they learned here long after their playing days are over.

Accountability

We expect players to own their development — on the field, in the classroom, and in life.

Perseverance

Lacrosse is hard. We coach athletes to embrace the grind and push through adversity.

Integrity

How you compete matters. We hold players to a high standard of sportsmanship and character.

Brotherhood

Seven Hills is more than a club. The relationships built here last long after the final whistle.

Our Mission
“Provide the very best instruction and the highest level of competition — while fostering a love for the game and bringing Central Mass athletes together.”
