Coaching Staff
Central Mass players. Collegiate standouts. Coaches who've been in this community for decades.
What Makes Our Staff Different
Homegrown
Nearly every coach played in Central Mass or came through a program just like ours. They know this region, these schools, and this game.
Collegiate Experience
Over half our staff played college lacrosse — from D2 programs to international stops — bringing a level of technical depth that's rare at the club level.
Specialists on Staff
Dedicated faceoff and goalie specialists give every player access to position-specific coaching, not just generalist instruction.
Long-Term Relationships
Coaches stay with their age groups year to year. Players aren't starting over every season — they're building real relationships that fuel real growth.
