Youth Program
Building the foundation — skill, character, and a love for the game.
Where It All Starts
The Seven Hills youth program is dedicated to building a strong foundation for young athletes, preparing them for success at the high school level and beyond. Our coaching staff emphasizes fundamental skill development, teamwork, and lacrosse IQ — ensuring every player gains the confidence to grow within the sport.
At the youth level, one of our primary goals is to help players develop a genuine love for the game. We're intentional about striking the right balance between training and tournaments — building strong foundational skills without risking burnout.
Players who come through the Seven Hills youth program don't just get better at lacrosse — they arrive at the high school level with the skills, the mindset, and the character to compete and lead.
2030–2033 Year of Graduation
Open to all 5th through 8th grade players. Central Mass focus — players from all areas welcome.
A Program Built for Growth
Individual Skill Development
At the middle school level, mastering fundamentals is everything. Our coaches emphasize stick work, dodging, shooting, defensive positioning, and footwork. Through high-repetition drills and personalized instruction, players develop confidence, consistency, and a strong technical foundation.
Team Development
Lacrosse is a team game. Our players learn spacing, ball movement, defensive rotations, and transition play. By developing strong communication and game awareness, athletes gain the tools to contribute effectively in a team environment.
High School Preparedness
Every middle school player who comes through Seven Hills is prepared to compete at the high school level. We introduce athletes to the pace, physicality, and strategy of HS lacrosse — building the skills and mindset needed for the next step.
Leadership & Character
Great players are also great teammates. Our youth program emphasizes sportsmanship, accountability, and resilience — qualities that carry players well beyond the field. We help young athletes develop confidence and respect for the game.
